Born and raised in Las Vegas, I have seen this vibrant city grow and change beyond all measure. I am proud to call Las Vegas my home, and nearly every area of town has been home to me at some point in my life!

My real estate career began as an executive assistant to a prominent real estate broker in town. Over the course of the three years I was with this local company I learned real estate from the inside out, and saw many agents struggle to achieve their goals by skipping over the fundamentals of representing a client simply to make a quick commission. These trials & tribulations shaped the future of my career.

When I got my own license I knew there had to be a better way, so I took the knowledge I learned as a broker’s assistant, and formed a philosophy in my career that is completely built around the client's best interests. I am proud to say I have never taken a "sales" training class in my entire career. My continuing education has always been focused on the current market changes that affect my clients, and their transaction.

Since 2006 I have focused on the distressed property segment of the real estate market by assisting home owners with short selling their properties. When the mortgage has become too much of a burden in a down economy, and the property is no longer worth what it was purchased for there are many choices for homeowners, and short sales have been a strong focus of my career for many years.

During this time I have forged many strong relationships with banks which have helped many clients. I have been working with various asset managers at a number of financial institutions to sell their foreclosed assets & REOs. This has been a tremendous experience as it has given me the opportunity to see the result of foreclosure from a different angle. This allows me to think creatively for both buyers and sellers!

It has been a rewarding ten year experience helping buyers & sellers achieve their goals through the purchase or sale of real estate, and I'm looking forward to many more years of offering exceptional service!
